Brand strategy workshops for a new self-concept of VKG
VKG (Vereinigung der Kantonalen Gebäudeversicherungen) is the association of the cantonal building assurances in Switzerland. The cantonal building assurance model is a globally unique concept. It comes with a lot of advantages but due to European Union standards it faces more and more political and public opposition.
The aim of our two-day workshop was the establishment of a concise body of arguments for future communication. We discussed intensively about their new positioning, messages, tone-of-voice and stakeholder approaches and gathered the results in a strategy paper. VKG now presents itself as a forward-looking institution, open for new developments, with a clear and transparent structure.
